Free standard US shipping on all orders over $100.
Expedited shipping may be available upon checkout.

Delivery Estimates:
Every piece of jewelry is handmade in our Northern Michigan studio. In-stock or ready-to-ship items will ship from our Michigan studio within 2-5 business days. For made-to-order items please allow 3-6 weeks for production. If you would like to request a rush please contact us, we are more than happy to accommodate special requests when possible.

We will contact you as soon as your order ships and provide you with a tracking number. 

Please be aware that shipping times within holiday & high traffic season may experience delays outside of our control. 

If you have a preferred shipping carrier or have any specific shipping needs, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

If you live in the area, you are more than welcome to schedule a pick-up at our Leland, MI shop. Our address is 106 N Main St. in Leland, MI. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up. 

Cancellation Policy:
If you would like to cancel or change any order you have placed on Shop-Moraine.com, please notify us within 48 hours. Once your item is shipped we are unable to automatically refund or make changes to your purchase order.

Return Policy:
We hope that you love your item, but we understand the need for occasional returns or exchanges. We are a small artist-run company and request that returns be made for exchange or store credit when possible.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Unworn/unused in original packaging & returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you expect the need to exchange or return an item. We are happy to assist you! All returns/exchanges must be verified and approved prior to return shipment.

Custom, made-to-order & sale items are not eligible for refund. If you have any questions or concerns about the return eligibility of your item please contact us.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If you return is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Reminder- it can take some time for your credit card or bank to process and show your refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since your approved return without refund, please contact us for help.

European Union:

Notwithstanding the above policies, if your items are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason without justification. Your items must be in the same condition that you received - unworn & unused in original packaging. Please contact us with any questions.

International Shipping:
We are happy to offer shipping to any country where items are delivered from the US. Please verify prior to placing your order that our carrier and shipping options allow for delivery to your country. If you do not see the option, please contact us for any custom delivery possibilities. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any international customs charges, duties, or delays.
