Does Moraine use sustainable packaging?

YES! An immense amount of thought and care goes into every piece of packaging used here at Moraine. Our non-tarnishing jewelry boxes are FSC certified and made with 100% eco-friendly materials. The tissue paper used in packaging is 100% recycled content. Holiday wrapping is done with 100% recycled kraft paper. Our mailing envelopes are made with 100% recycled content (90% post-consumer) and printed with eco-friendly water-based inks. All other exterior packaging is done with reused and recycled boxes. We are always seeking to improve our packaging and shipping practices and use the best products available to us. If you have any specific questions about our packaging please reach out!

What are your shipping options?

We currently offer standard flat rate shipping using USPS for most items. Some items may ship with other carriers when necessary. We may be able to ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in shipping an item internationally please contact us before placing your order! Moraine is not responsible for any additional import taxes & duties your international shipment may incur.

Please allow 2-5 business days for in-stock items to be packaged and shipped. If you need your order rushed, please contact us prior to placing your order to review your options. A tracking number will be emailed to your after shipment. Moraine is not responsible for lost of stolen packaged that are shipped without a signature requirement.

Orders over $100 ship for free.
All packages over $1000 will be shipped requiring an adult signature.

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your item(s), you may return non-sale merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding all shipping charges. Moraine is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Custom & Made-to-order items are not eligible for return. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in an new & unused condition. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items returned in a used or damaged condition will not be accepted for return.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within the state of Michigan are subject to Michigan Sales Tax of 6%.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Here are a few tips for general jewelry care. If you have any specific care questions feel free to reach out.

Remove jewelry before showering or swimming (in chlorine or any natural body of water). Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray & other household chemicals as these can cause discoloration. After wearing, wipe down your jewelry with a soft cloth & store it in a clean, dry place. To clean, add a mild soap to warm water. Soak your jewelry in soapy water & brush lightly with a soft brush. Rinse clean & dry completely with a soft cloth.
